Founder of dotsgood in 1999, Chip has always been ahead of the curve. His more than twenty-five years in marketing, media, promotions, special events and consulting have created scores of success stories based on out-of-the-box thinking.
Prior to his current company, he was President of eXperience-WARE, Inc., a firm specializing in creative promotions and revenue development for interactive media companies, national consumer marketing companies, and radio and television stations.
In 1996, Chip joined Atlanta's High Museum of Art and the Cultural Olympiad to market Atlanta's cultural centerpiece for the 1996 Summer Olympics "Rings - Five Passions of World Art."
In 1991, Chip formed Special Events Network, a company developing new event concepts and marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies. Chip was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug in 1987 when he founded "The Adventure Catalog" a travel endeavor focused on adventure travel and experiences, a precursor of the robust adventure travel industry of today.
Before his entrepreneurial career, Chip held positions as Media Director of Cagle Advertising; Special Events Manager of WNNX, 99X FM; and seven years as Account Manager at WQXI-FM (94Q) Radio in Atlanta, a radio powerhouse famed for its commitment to innovative marketing and merchandising programs. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, Chip led the promotion efforts of innovative record retailers, Flo's and Oasis Records, as well as serving on the concert staffs of Pacific Presentations, Danny Kresky Enterprises, and heading up University of Pittsburgh Concerts.

More than twenty years experience providing marketing consulting services. Flack has worked for the likes of consumer product companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Lipton and Pillsbury. Professional service firms as Arthur Andersen, The Atlanta Home Builders Association as well as high-tech startup companies.
His “traditional” media skill sets including advertising, public relations, promotions, special events, and guerilla marketing were honed in shops such as Cohn & Wolfe, Burson/Marsteller, Hobson/Barnes, Pringle Dixon Pringle and Strategic Sports Group.
Between the first Netscape browsers and the advent of Yahoo and Google, he entered the interactive fray as vice president of marketing and sales for one of Atlanta’s hottest web development and hosting shops managing web projects for American Insurance Group (AIG), Marine Midland, AFLAC, Magellan Health Services, World Marketing Alliance and more.

Mark, nicknamed "Dogboy" after one of his original animated characters, has the unique ability to combine fun with function. Donning one hat, Mark can create the most beautiful and professional art design or collateral. In an instant, he can change hats to create the wackiest animation and humorous creative.
Mark has worked for Atlanta's top agencies and design firms including Bates, Fahlgren-Swink, Don Trousdell Design, McDonald-Little, Bozell-Jacobs, and his own companies, Direct Drive Design and elegant intelligence. Recognised with 16 ADDY Awards, 25 ARDA Awards, 4 HSMAI Awards, and more. Accounts include Marriott, Hilton, Turner, Coca-Cola, C&S Bank, Anheuser Busch, NAPA, Georgia Power, Ralston Purina, Hertz, First Atlanta Bank, Sabena Airlines. Mark is a graduate of Memphis Academy of Art.
